Ashjaki Plotting

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Azashchakka snorts, his hot breath running down Guthmug's neck as he walks behind the Orc, "You are a disgusting worm. But the Ashjaki could make a real Orc out of you. You could have training with us... you could get weapons when you earn them... you could become more than the pitifull slug you are now." Stops paceing about the Orc, standing before him with feet planted apart and his dark red eyes stareing levely at Guthmug.

Guthmug stands without moving, his fists clenched at his sides. He slowly looks up at Azashchakka from without saying a word.

Ghazhgund steps out from the Ashjaki COmmand tent. He seems to be moving rather fluidly compared to what injuries he susutained the other day. Most of his wounds seems to have healed, expect the horrendous one in his helft arm. It is now covered in bloodsoaked rags and is apprently not healing the way it should. Nevertheless Ghazhgund moves without showing any of the pain this wound should have brought.

Ghazhgund spots Aza and Guthmug and walks briskly over to them. If you look closely, you might notice a few times when Ghazhgund winces somewhat as his arm moves in the wrong direction. He stops close to the two and looks at Azashchakka, nodding slightly, "What goes on here, Dratul ?", he growls.

Azashchakka does not see Ghazhgund emerge from the tent behind him, he stands stareing down at Guthmug, "Look at me, take a good look at me, snaga. Do you think I got to be this way by being miserable and tribeless?"

Guthmug notices as Ghazhgund approaches them, behind Azashchakka. His eyes widen as he responds "No sir..."

Azashchakka's head turns, he bows to Ghazhgund, and straightens, "Master, there is nothing if importance, I am just asking this wretch some questions. We have seen no sign of the humans since we attacked."

Guthmug bows to Ghazhgund and keeps his head bowed as his two superiors talk.

Ghazhgund nods to Aza, "Well, what are you talking to this wretch about ? Humour me, Dratul. I've been away from the usual hustle and bustle of the camp for some time now."

Azashchakka licks his teeth with his wart covered tounge. He looks at Ghazhgund, as if decideing something for himself, "The Ashjaki always need another set of hands, no matter how incompotant to serve in the mines are wield a sword in battle." Azashchakka's eyes dart to his right and left quickly, a precation that few can see, possibly only Ghazhgund and Guthmug, "Which reminds me, I have some bussiness from the mines I need to discuss with you afterwards," he says in a completely conversational tone.

Ghazhgund nods briefly in guthmug's direction, speaking of him as if he wasn't really there. "Does this one want to join the Ashjaki, then ?"

Azashchakka looks at the Orc harshly, "He will if he has a brain in that ugly head."

Ghazhgund looks at Guthmug now, his red, beady eyes pouring out malevolence and evilness over the smaller Snaga. "Well", he growls menacingly, "Do you have a brain inside your head, Snaga ?"

Guthmug looks nervously up at Ghazhgund and with an almost steady voice replies "I would be honoured to be accepted into the Ashjaki master."

Ghazhgund hmms, "I don't doubt it. But it takes a bit more than that to become Ashjaki. We don't take any run-down Snaga into our folds ! The Ashjaki are the fiercest and best warriors in MOrdor. PLUS we have soldiers that know how to use their brains."

Ghazhgund peers closely at Guthmug, "DO you know of the SPiders in the woods, Snaga ?"

Guthmug swallows nervously before answering "Yes master, I have heard of these creatures...deep in the woods."

Ghazhgund nods and looks to Azashchakka for a second, "Well, the Dratul here is assembling a platoon of Ashjaki to go and fight some spiders and bring back some of the Blood of a Spider. Or, most preferably, a Spider. *If* you think you're up for the Ashjaki, you go with Azashchakka's lads and you bring back a spider ! You do that, you're worthy of joining the Ashjaki."

Guthmug smiles ferociously and bows to Ghazhgund. "thank you master! I will not disappoint you."

Azashchakka folds his arms over his chest and looks down at Guthmug dubiously. However after a time he nods mutely.

Ghazhgund shakes his head, "That's right. You won't. Any of those going after the spider failing to fulfill my wishes is going to spend quite some time in the pits. I need that spider's blood ! Now, continue with whatever you were doing. I'll be in the stronghold if you wish to speak with me later, Dratul."

Ghazhgund then turns from the two and makes his way up to the old Necromancer's stronghold.

Azashchakka bows to Ghazhgund, "Your will master."

Guthmug bows as Ghazhgund walks away.

Azashchakka looks at Guthmug, smirking to himself, he mutters under his breath as he turns and walks away, "You just might live." His cloak spins behind him as he walks towards the mountain, saying nothing more, or makeing no further motion towards Guthmug.

Guthmug bows to Azashchakka as he leaves.

Ghazhgund stands gazing down in to the abyss that is the fortress of Dol Guldur. He does not turn around when someone else steps up behind him. In the shadows to the left something stirs, however, some unseen watcher, perhaps.

Azashchakka steps up from behind Ghazhgund, drawing close to his back. "Master," his voice hisses thinly.

Ghazhgund does not turn around as the Dratul speaks, knowing both who it is and where he stands. He says simply, "Yes, Dratul."

Azashchakka whispers, "I have influenced the Ujaks to help me in my task..."

Ghazhgund nods, "That is good. What do they want in return ?"

Azashchakka hisses, "The one who I spoke to... seeks to... gain more status within his tribe... the one known as Ugbuzz... he resents the troll who leads his tribe..."

Ghazhgund now turns to Azashchakka, grimacing slightly as he does so, the wound in his shoulder apparently giving him slight trouble. "I can understand him. I fear these Trolls greatly, and I do what they say, but I'd like it much better if they were as stupid as they look and would do our bidding in battle, then leave us alone. Does he want our help in... dealing with the Troll?"

Azashchakka says, "By preforming the relatively simple task of rallying his warg riders to harras the spiders with fire arrows and nets we can lead one to our ambush and capture it."

Ghazhgund nods, a bit irritated, "Yeah, yeah. I expect that you will handle that whole operation properly, Dratul. That was why I had you set up as LataDurb." He makes a slight motion with his hand towards the shadows and a figure in there moves quickly away from where they are, out of earshot. "What I need to know is what the Ujak Dogs want from us in return. They would never offer their help just like that, and I don't want to suddenly have to face some idiotic demand from them because they helped us !" the Teguk is clearly irritated, quite possibly because of the wound that hampers him.
